The favorite league of Bulgarian sim racers gets a new name and even bigger ambitions

Starting June 1, 2025, one of the largest sim racing leagues in Eastern Europe will operate under the SIM GEAR brand. What began as a local organization for hosting virtual races in Bulgaria will keep its core, but change its name.

The goal is to optimize processes, as the two brands largely overlap when it comes to organizing and supporting various sim racing tournaments.

For the past few days, the official website of BULERS (Bulgarian Electronic Racing Series) has been redirected to simgear.gg, where from now on all information needed by sim racing enthusiasts will be published, organized, and archived.

In recent seasons, the number of international participants in the popular league has grown significantly, which to a large extent has rendered the acronym BULERS obsolete. After the merger, the official social media profiles will remain those of the commercial SIM GEAR brand. Thanks to the unification, the number of championships, participants, and prize pools can be significantly increased.
